I am sometimes amazed that I can find the time to shower. I spend all of my free time acting as a cleaning service and a shuttle service to my three kids. I’m still drinking plenty of coffee. I like it. Or should I say, I love it!? But what I’m also trying to do is to eat more fruits and vegetables. Not only that, I’m eating healthier all round. My wife is quite happy with the change in my attitude. She’s told me that she’d be more than happy to see me lose a few pounds!
