Recently I’ve been working pretty hard on a number of different projects which has involved more than a few late nights. I’m a big fan of coffee to help keep my motivation high. And to be honest, I think it works well. The only down side is that after every high comes a low. So I’ve been trying to think about different ways to remain focused for longer.
Eating Health Foods
I’m still drinking plenty of coffee. I like it. Or should I say, I love it!? But what I’m also trying to do is to eat more fruits and vegetables. Not only that, I’m eating healthier all round. My wife is quite happy with the change in my attitude. She’s told me that she’d be more than happy to see me lose a few pounds!
I’m still learning the ropes when it comes to all this healthy eating. To tell you the truth, it’s not something I’ve given too much thought to before. But as I clean myself out from the inside, I’m not joking here! Eating rice, beans, fruits and vegetables in greater proportions than I ever have in my life before, really is cleaning me out, if you get my meaning.
Giving up meat is a long way off. But that doesn’t mean I can’t take small steps to get healthy. I’ve been reading up about a vegan diet, and to be perfectly frank, it seems to have a lot going for it.
